Every appraisal we deliver passes through a checkpoint system, which confirms completeness and other typical quality control checks & balances. We also have Certified Appraisers on staff who are available to help clarify appraisal issues, and offer appropriate solutions to the more difficult and complicated valuation orders.

Order Tracking
Our real-time reporting technology allows you to login and check the status of your orders 24/7. We can also structure a proactive e-mail notification program to let you know when milestones are reached. We take the guesswork out of the process and keep you informed every step of the way.

Pre-payment Processing
All appraisal fees must be paid in full before the appraisal is assigned to an appraiser. The appraisal fee is non-refundable after the inspection is completed. If the selected appraiser completes an inspection, but our client decides to cancel before the appraiser proceeds with completing the report, up to 50% of the fee may be refundable.

Value Dispute
Occasionally, a borrower may have a dispute over the value of their home. If this happens, please contact our appraisal review staff so we can address their concerns.

In accordance with federal lending law, a borrower may obtain a copy of their appraisal for their records. A Northeast Valuations employee would be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding any of our services.
